Daily backups

Each night, all data on our webservers are backed up. Suppose you or your webmaster deletes some very important files by accident; or your customer needs another version of a file (i.e a version that is already a couple of days old). Or for example, you delete some mail localy on your computer and you really need that email back. In these cases, you can contact us to have one or more files or emails restored.

Securing directories and files
Certain directories and/or files can not be made accessible to each website visitor, but are only meant for restricted access (members, suppliers, customers) or even webmaster only, like - for example - the directories that hold vital files for your website to function properly. Via the control panel, you can easily protect those using a username and password. Different users are optional (via the HTAdmin scripts with .htacces and .htpasswd security).
